      What You'll Do:
      
      • Support cardiothoracic surgery procedures alongside experienced surgeons
      • Provide coverage for adult CVICU and step-down patients, averaging 10-15 patients daily
      • Assist in complex procedures, including pacemaker, chest tube, IABP, and A-line removals
      • Contribute to patient care through rounds, assessments, and documentation
      • Support surgical teams during OR procedures and post-operative care
      • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
        What You Need:Required:
        
        • Board certification or eligibility as a Physician Assistant (PA) in Arizona
        • Minimum of 3 years' experience in cardiothoracic surgery with EVH
        • Current AZ PA license and DEA registration
        • Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
        • ACLS and BLS certifications
          Preferred:
          
          • Experience with support staff collaboration
          • Prior experience in a hospital CVICU setting
